Glasgow NHS staff at risk of fines if they break four-hour parking rule



Unions have accused NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde of ‘twisting the knife’ after it announced that car parking on NHS sites would be limited to four hours, with fines of up to £40 for drivers who stay for longer than this period.
